We take our bullocks to our local abattoir (3 miles away). The sides of beef are hung for 3 weeks in our cold-room before being butchered & packed on the farm. We have fresh beef every few weeks & freshly frozen beef available at all times.
The lambs also go to our local abattoir & are available from the end of the summer onwards. Mutton is sometimes available.
In 2007 we installed a processing unit so that we can slaughter, dry pluck, hang & pack the birds on the farm. We have fresh or freshly frozen chicken for sale through-out the year.
Fresh organic eggs can be purchased (subject to availiability).
PRESERVES AND JAMS
Homemade preserves and jam can be purchased by the jar.
All our livestock are reared to full organic standards & our meats are sold with the soil association symbol.
We are both Producer (G4530) and Processor (P9259) members.
We sell our home reared meats locally, in small or large quantities, to the general public.

If you are in Cornwall on holiday, you can order meat to take away at a few hours notice. We will also deliver orders in excess of £60 locally.
